Research Inventory System Note: The move to the Support Portal is aimed at serving the “help desk” function for RIS. The type of questions ORS anticipates answering through the portal are about use of the system itself. If you have inquiries about the status/progress of a pending subaward (or MTA, DUA, etc.), please continue to reach out directly to the contract administrator via email. AIS Prob Note: Any request that was previously sent to the AIS Prob email address should now be submitted to ORS using the Office of Research Services Support Portal.
